ABOUT US

Norman Jarvis is the principal owner.  He is a US Army veteran who used the GI bill to help pay for college earning a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration.  While in college he helped protect his community as a police officer. He joined the US Secret Service and climbed the ranks to the position of Special Agent in Charge before he retired after over 20 years.

During his career with the Secret Service he led protective missions around the world for several US Presidents; conducted organized crime investigations, and directed major national security events planning including the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games.  He retired from the Secret Service to join the management staff at Sandia National Laboratories, one of the nations leading nuclear weapons and national security research and development centers. While there he led an organization of scientists, engineers and technical experts analyzing threats against the United States.

For over 10 years Mr. Jarvis worked closely with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). He was the American expert in criminal investigations; justice policy; counter-terrorism; crisis management; major event security planning, and Public Private Partnerships. During those years he traveled frequently worldwide as a UN delgate to lecture, mentor and consult on those subjects with numerous government, academic and business leaders.
